such as too much man made fats in various fried foods, sugars and carbohydrates
usually results into weight gain along the waistline and may contribute to high
chances of diabetes and heart diseases including stroke and high blood
pressure.

in all, it is important that those who want to achieve healthy sexual life have
enough sleep and avoid high levels of stress as this lower the levels of
testosterone hormone in the body. Stress is mostly responsible for the
production of the cortisol hormone that reduces and interferes with the
functions of testosterone and also can promotes weight gain and development of
diabetes. It is also worth noting, that exercise is also very important as it
reduces stress and balance various hormones in the body. In fact, regular
exercise usually provides even distribution of fats in the body, increase
muscle mass and reduces the risk of chronic disorders. Finally, in order for
one to be both physically and mentally fit for sexual activity it is important
that testosterone levels in the body be proper and well balance. It is my wish
